Process Manager – Manager project control

What is expected?
- Completed technical education (university).
- Affinity with technology, processes, and IT
- It is a strong advantage if you have experience within the domains Aryo Systems is active in, primarily civil and construction management (but also aviation and automotive)
- At least 5 years experience with Project management, Contract management or Systems Engineering.
- You are a team player who enjoys working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Your impact on this role
We are looking for an experienced process manager who will lead the implementation of Aryo software in large and complex construction projects. As a process manager, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of Aryo for our construction projects, working closely with project teams, software developers, and other stakeholders. Thanks to you, major infrastructure projects will go smoothly. To achieve this, you will translate the needs of the customer into a concrete solution within Aryo. Additionally, you will ensure that all users are on board and assist them in using the software as needed. In challenging situations, you take the lead and convince everyone of what is best for the project. With your critical eye, you always seek improvement.
This way the project team can achieve better results and the construction project will run even more efficiently.
